This guide will help you manage vehicle documents and photos efficiently using our system. Follow these steps to navigate, upload files, and add comments seamlessly.

1. Select a Vehicle

  • Click on any vehicle from the list to start managing its documents and photos.

2. Open the Comments Section

  • Click on the comments icon to display the comments window.

3. Add a Comment

  • Fill in the "Your comment goes here" field.

4. Submit the Comment

  • Click "Add Comment" to submit your input.

5. Open the Photos Section

  • Click on the photos icon to manage photos.

6. Upload Files

  • Choose the "or click to pick files" option to upload files.

7. Select File Location

  • Navigate to the desired field for uploading files.

8. Confirm File Upload

  • Click "Upload 1 file" to confirm the upload.

9. Manage Individual Photos

  • Review and manage options for each photo as needed.

10. Select Additional Options

  • Click on the relevant buttons to access more options.

11. Access the Documents Folder

  • Click on the documents folder to manage files.

12. Drag and Drop Files to Upload

  • Use the "Drag and drop files to upload" feature.

13. Select File Location

  • Click here to select the file location.

14. Confirm File Upload

  • Click "Upload 1 file" to complete the upload process.

15. Select Additional Options

  • Click on the relevant buttons for more options.

16. Use the Search Function

  • Navigate to the "Search ..." field to find specific documents or photos.
