Expiry dates on uploaded driver documents in Zerity

Tracking the validity of driver documents is critical for compliance and operational efficiency. Zerity facilitates this by allowing you to set expiry dates for each uploaded document. After setting an expiry date, the system will automatically notify you and the driver a predetermined number of days before the document is due to expire, ensuring that all paperwork is kept current without requiring manual tracking. To set an expiry date, simply select the document in the driver's profile, click on 'Edit', and then choose the 'Expiry Date' option to specify the date.
